Shipping:

We understand you want your order to arrive as quickly and safely as possible. That's why we offer a variety of Royal Mail shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class: Delivered within 2-3 working days. Perfect for urgent orders or smaller items.

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: Delivered within 4-5 working days. A budget-friendly option for larger items or non-urgent orders.

Order Processing:

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

International Shipping:

We currently only ship within the UK, but we're working on expanding our international shipping options in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can easily return your items within 7 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).

Here's how to return an item:

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the original receipt.

  2. Attach the return shipping label included with your order (or print a new one from the return form).

  3. Drop off the package at any Royal Mail Post Office.

Please note:

  • Special orders and sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • We cannot accept returns on used or damaged items.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive a notification email once your refund is complete.
